Responsibilities

  • Lead a top down growth strategy by developing robust relationships with national clients and internal stakeholders


 Execute Intergrain
  • Industrial business strategies, creating demand and sales to meet sales targets, Primary Profit and KPI's
  • Work together with the state sales team and the broader Trade & Industrial business to drive collaboration and proactively target the top customers
  • Run the business as your own in a highly autonomous role

Skills & Experience

  • Solid capability in a similar role, fostering existing relationships and developing new ones with stakeholders across all levels
  • Proven experience securing and growing large accounts
  • Strong motivation to develop new business opportunities, close deals and drive growth of existing accounts
  • Previous exposure to construction/timber industries is desirable but not essential
  • High level MS Teams, MS Excel and CRM (C4C, Salesforce) experience
  • Resilience, adaptability and flexibility
  • Lateral thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
