HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Brisbane. As a trusted advisor, you will provide commercial advice to stakeholders across multiple business units in Queensland, focusing on people-related matters and implementing annual activities.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders to provide generalist HR consultancy, support, and advice on human resource management matters.
- Understand business unit strategic imperatives and develop plans to deliver on those.
- Provide advice on ER and IR matters, support performance and behavioural issues, and coach front-line leaders.
- Be involved in the coordination and delivery of key projects and operational HR matters.
- A strong HR generalist background with demonstrated IR/ER case management experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach.
- The ability to build authentic relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Tertiary qualifications.
