About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic advice and support to our business leaders and employees across multiple business units in Queensland.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality HR services, including employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. You will work closely with our business leaders to understand their strategic imperatives and develop plans to deliver on those.

You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support on ER and IR matters, coaching front-line leaders, and building capability around people processes. Additionally, you will be involved in the coordination and delivery of key projects and operational HR matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to business leaders and employees
  • Develop and implement HR plans to deliver business outcomes
  • Manage employee relations and industrial relations cases
  • Coach and develop front-line leaders
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Support the coordination and delivery of key projects and operational HR matters
Requirements
  • Strong HR generalist background with experience in ER and IR
  • Commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach
  • Ability to build authentic relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
