Business Trainee Opportunity
**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Trainee. As a Business Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain practical skills and experience in various aspects of Business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate person
* Taking messages and managing emails
* Data entry, filing, and scanning
* Providing customer service in person and over the phone
* Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs
**Requirements**
* Be well-presented, professional, enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
* Be motivated with a positive attitude
* Have a high attention to detail and excellent phone manner
* Possess general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
* Hold a valid driver's license and own transport preferred
**What We Offer**
* Award wages paid fortnightly, plus super, holiday leave loading, and allowances
* Full-time employment or contract
* Upon completion, a Certificate III in Business
* A dedicated Field Officer to support you during your traineeship
* Employee Assistance Program to assist with personal wellbeing

Previous qualifications may affect Government funding required for this Traineeship. To be eligible, you must be an Australian citizen, Permanent resident, or hold a valid visa that allows you to work and undertake training in Australia.
