What do you do?

  • You are responsible for leading the product development process against all licensed products, with a focus on commercial growth and innovation
  • Understand and proactively develop different organic plastic shapes
  • Contribute to the product design considerations, specifications and call out any risks or more cost effective or QC effective outcomes
  • Ensure management of all stages of development & sampling in a timely manner
  • Seek commercial improvements across the product development process and negotiate
  • Liaising interdepartmentally with creative, sales, production and logistics take briefs
  • Ensure competitive commercial outcomes are achieved and benchmarked
  • Selection of factory in collaboration with production to ensure best commercial outcomes for the team
  • Understand, develop products in accordance with safety testing, quality assurance & more

What do you need?

  • Ideally 10+ years' experience in plastic product creation and development / project management or related discipline (licensing, manufacturing etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple products
  • Professional experience that contributes to relevant requirements
  • This role requires an individual who wishes to be challenged. Change will be frequent.
  • Ability to break down briefs to the key objectives team needs to deliver
  • Work collaboratively with a team
  • Experience and ability to manage multiple projects and coordinating with key
stakeholders across licensing, creative, sales and production teams to achieve the best product outcomes possible.
