What this opportunity involves:

Assist the Facility Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting client's corporate real estate goals and objectives.

Working with the Atlassian Workplace Experience team to create the best workplaces.

This position will play a fundamental role in creating and delivering exceptional experiences.

Facilities

Along with team, oversee repair and maintenance activities Perform inspections and maintain facilities records Manage and monitor site work ticket queue Manage Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental activities Coordinate security access cards for employee and vendors Assist with tracking employee on-boarding/off-boarding employee process Support move activity at the site(s) Monitor and review vendor invoicing. Vendor management. Creation and tracking of purchase orders. Track operational spend vs budget. Manage the full PPM programme for all locations. Track and maintain energy and sustainability records. Liaise closely with building management. Regular property inspections to ensure cleaning and other standards are kept to an exceptional level. Involvement in small to medium projects.

Guest and Concierge Services:

Managing Front of House desk and customer service activities Manage badging process and associated technology Perform programs and processes that deliver an employee experience. Act as point of contact for facilities related meeting requirements. Managing incoming and outgoing courier and other packages or mail as required.

Events and Well Being

Support Event Lead delivering: Global Annual Events and Wellbeing Initiatives

Communications

Communicate with team and client frequently and effectively

Experienced facilities, property or hospitality professional Proven, effective team work skills Experience in records and vendor management Has experience working in critical environments Proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement Prioritisation and organisational skills Excellent planning and initiative, continually seeking best value for clients. Very good at using spreadsheets and google suites
