What this opportunity involves:


The role oversees the day to day service delivery by the Workplace team and vendor partners, ensuring compliance to SOPs and SLAs.

A key aspect of this role is engagement with other service partners such as Security and Client Services, with Landlords as relevant, to deliver on consistency of service to Occupants and Guests.


A snapshot of the role:

Establish direct relationship with the client business units and their neighbourhood community, understand their issues, display confidence and satisfy needs and requirements of all requests
Assisting in major works owner (power down planning, execution and new/refurbishment project management)

To assist the ONSITE team in the day to day work and oversee Vendor management for the preventative maintenance of all equipment.

To assist the engineering manager to review of all maintenance reports to ensure maintenance is conducted appropriately and performance issues are actioned.

Ensure that Operational problems are promptly brought to the attention of the Engineering Manager.
Incident management support including 24/7 on call for incident management in corporate real estate buildings and Colocation Data Centre's
Cleaning inspections and fortnightly meetings with cleaning manager (includes raising any issues raised)
Oversee office premises and delivery of workplace experience and services for users
Coordinate with vendors to ensure facilities services are delivered on a timely manner

You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.

Additionally you possess:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities environment.
Thorough understanding of Facilities management.
Good understanding of facilities end to end processes.
Ability to identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency/improvements and implement agreed solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
High energy, flourishes in fast pace, dynamic environments
Customer-centric skills
Comfortable working in a challenging environment as part of a team and is comfortable managing incidents and service failures
Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements
Strong analytical, organization and administration skills
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of people
