We are currently looking for Disability Support Workers to partner with our 83-year-old Male participant based in South Hurstville, NSW.
Our participant sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and requires assistance with all aspects of daily life.The current care plan in place requires 24/7 support.
The hours we require covering include: Day: 6am-10am Due the complexity of the participant, successful candidates must have experience with Traumatic Brain Injuries.
Pay Rates:
Day - $38.75 per hour Saturday - $54.25 per hour Sunday - $69.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assistance with eating and drinking Assistance with personal care and toileting Completing skin checks Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation Community access Skills & Experiences: Reliable, proactive and positive attitude Croatian, Serbian, Macedonian speaking Support Workers only NDIS Effective Communication Module Current National Police Clearance NDIS Worker Orientation Module First Aid & CPR Certificate Australian Driver Licence Current WWCCPlease note: two current references are required If you meet the above criteria and are interested in the role, hit the "Apply" button now.
