A truly exceptional global Creative / Digital Agency, based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, are looking for a passionate and engaged HR Advisor to join their vibrant team


This business walk the talk when it comes to flexibility - they have a requirement of 1 day per week in the office, the rest can be from home (if you desire).

  • As People & Culture Advisor, on any given day you will;
  • Consult, advise and coach employees or managers on various people challenges and opportunities, such as employee relations, working in high performing teams, managing up, giving and receiving feedback, self assessment, career planning and change management
  • Ensure 'best in class' innovative people experience for your employee population at every step of the employee life cycle
  • Lead the facilitation and management of all people program delivery within your client groups
  • Partner with other people and enablement functions on talent and business operations management as needed
  • Deliver appropriate advice, coaching and development feedback to employees and managers
  • Provide mentoring to other staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
  • Run monthly payroll in conjunction with an outsourced provider
You will ideally have;- The ability to build relationships, listen, feedback and be seen as a trusted partner

  • Integrity and an ability to make difficult or unpopular decisions and keep the utmost confidentiality
  • Be a strong team player, inclusive and enjoy learning from others
  • Are a natural leader and has a propensity to action
  • A high EQ, is curious, objective and comfortable with challenging the status quo
  • Communication skills that demonstrate service orientation, fosters deep trust with partners, and exhibits authority without ego
  • Experience in handling employee relations issues, performance management, employee engagement, mentoring, and process improvement
  • Previous human resources experience, including experience consulting with managers and/or employees
