**Program Manager - Woolworths Food Company - Own and Exclusive Brands
**Working in the WFC team as a Program Manager, we are seeking someone with Food Industry Program Management Experience.

**About the Role: To successfully oversee the tribe programs of work and ensuring dependencies are managed to drive the delivery of the overall programs of work

Lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and stakeholder management.

You will also be in charge of developing the scope and benefit realisation plans and tracking

**What am I accountable to deliver?

  • Develop programs and activities in accordance with the Tribe 3 Year Strategy.
  • Conduct E2E planning, management, coordination, and control of Tribe Programs to ensure the successful delivery of the WFC Strategy
  • Establish governance practices that take into consideration Agile ways of working to govern Programs of Work.
  • Define benefits realisation plans and monitor and track their outcome.
  • Partner across the ecosystem with key functions to ensure integration and seamless delivery of Programs of Work.
  • Develop Program roadmaps and detailed schedules, considering risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions.
  • Ensuring measures are in place to determine success of Program outcomes, in alignment with strategic needs.
  • Participating in the Quarterly Delivery Cycle (QDC) to ensure Programs are part of the prioritisation process and adequately planned for.
  • Introduce and embed feedback loops that support continuous improvement and a practice of retrospectives.
  • Managing and Developing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, information and recommendations are provided to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Leadership of a small to medium team working in complex, fastpaced operating agile environments across internal and external stakeholders

How will I deliver it?

  • Utilise Woolworths project management practices and agreed methodologies
  • Ensure effective cross collaboration, covering divisional, departmental, core project team and external business partners
  • Drive the day to day work plans, hold the team accountable for quality of delivery
  • Maintain key issues and risk process
  • Remove unnecessary workload and processes from team and business
  • Adhering to the WFC Stage Gate Process
  • Managing the maintenance of systems update & reporting
  • Facilitating effective WIP Meetings

**To be successful you will ideally have: - Proven Experience in Program Management (5-8 years)

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Highly effective multistakeholder relationship management skills
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Proven success taking Programs from inception to completion on time
  • Strong ability to navigate through different functional perspectives and priorities
  • Experience that drives NPD activities whilst maintaining sensible and pragmatic commercial context
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Experience in a high volume, high speed manufacturing industry, preferably food or beverages or retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork amongst diverse teams in order to ensure ontime and highquality completion of projects.
  • ATF Certification preferred.
