_ THE COMPANY:
Our clients programs and services empower families to build and navigate strong, resilient and healthy relationships. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Business Development the main responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop and lead the execution of all marketing activities and strategies, in consultation with all stakeholders
  • Manage all marketing activities across the business including, building and maintaining relationships to have positive engagement with external and internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistency in how the organisation is portrayed in the marketplace including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising
  • Provide leadership to the Marketing team and develop the teams' skills by focusing on building brand awareness; aligning the organisations products and services with community need; and engaging new clients
  • Identify, develop and evaluate the marketing strategy based on knowledge of the companies objectives and market characteristics.
  • Identify target audiences and create plans to reach and engage them effectively
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of target audience and monitor social services sector development to inform marketing strategies
  • Analyse all marketing efforts to ensure objectives are met and value for money is achieved
  • Plan and coordinate events that build the companies profile

YOU:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing a team
  • Excellent knowledge in digital media, including web and social media strategy development
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills is a must and strong project management skills
