We are located in the heart of
Bella Vista and are currently looking for a passionate hospitality professional to join our Restaurant Management team.


About the position and the duties included:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead, drive and mentor a team of enthusiastic and committed team members to deliver a great tasting meal along with and awesome customer experience.


  • Some of your duties will include:_
  • Ensuring daily procedures for opening & closing the restaurant are adhered to
  • Maintain compliance to established food quality and standards
  • Manage workload to ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations
  • Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity
  • Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and inventory to enhance sales
  • Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant

About you:

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in a similar role within a fastpaced restaurant environment
  • Must have a valid
    RSA with intermediate knowledge of liquor
  • Experience in maintaining budgets and an understanding of financials, profit & loss and working in line with company objectives and KPI's
  • Results driven with the ability to demonstrate previous KPI achievements
  • Exceptional communication skills with guests, staff and suppliers
  • Display excellent personal hygiene and presentation at all times
  • Able to work fulltime with no restriction on working hours and on a rotating roster
