Are you a parent or carer looking to return to work with flexible hours that fit around school or daycare? PEXA is seeking a friendly and proactive Workplace Coordinator for our Sydney office at The Rocks. This part-time role (3 days a week, 9am to 2:30pm) offers a perfect balance for those looking to re-enter the workforce.

As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Sydney office, providing essential support to our team, and creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

What you'll be doing

    • Greeting employees and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Managing reception services and room bookings.
    • Inducting new team members into building management systems.
    • Maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
    • Liaising with landlords on building updates and emergency procedures.
    • Acting as an emergency warden and First Aider.
    • Supporting internal engagement activities and events.
    • Ensuring the general cleanliness of communal spaces.
    • Organising catering for team events and meetings
    • Travel and expense management
