Your Opportunity


As a Workplace Services Coordinator you'll be a key member of our Sydney, Barangaroo Workplace team responsible for coordinating the resources necessary to ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently and helping to curate a positive experience for all internal and external visitors.

The Workplace Services Coordinator is responsible for developing strong long-term relationships with staff and the building management teams.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate, schedule and track planned preventative maintenance program.
  • Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.
  • Log and follow up on maintenance and cleaning requests in both tenancy and common area.
  • Report on any outstanding tasks and raise items not completed within agreed SLA's to contractors and suppliers.
  • Understand and support the Premises Recovery Plan when required
  • Monitor stock of all consumables managed by Workplace services to the business

    Qualifications:
  • Facility Management Accreditation or similar working experience preferred
  • Proven stakeholder engagement relationships (mandatory)
  • Experience in professional services firm (Advantageous)
