What this opportunity involves:


JLL is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Workplace Coordinator to provide exceptional service to our client, a premium beverages company in Huntingwood.

Act as the first point of contact for access control, meeting room services, mail management, and event support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide concierge-style experience services to connect employees to the various amenities and services available at the Huntingwood facility.

You will also assist with general workplace queries and liaise with stakeholders to ensure a high level of service delivery.


An Overview of the role:

Provide face-to-face assistance to employees for general workplace enquiries and requests
Manage meeting room setups and bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared and equipped for each meeting
Coordinate with suppliers for catering, audio-visual support, and other event requirements
Assist with property maintenance, cleaning, and general facilities queries
Support ergonomic setup and address HSSE issues
Provide information on emergency and evacuation procedures
Troubleshoot AV/VC technical issues
Conduct building orientations for new employees
Manage mail, storage, and lost property
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and respond to feedback
Coordinate and deliver day-to-day operations of office premises
Assist with on-premise events and after-hours activities
