Some of your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to create memorable moments and enable future bookings
  • Assist with event arrangements to exceed guest expectations delivering a mindblowing service to guests to exceed their expectations
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence whilst showcasing your curious, outgoing and warm personality
  • Support the banquets team in general operational tasks
