Job Description:

About the opportunity


As the Head of FP&A and Transformation, you will be an integral part of the senior leadership team reporting to the VP Finance Australia.

In this high visibility role, you will work closely with stakeholders across Australia and provide timely and accurate performance reporting at various levels.

The FP&A function is responsible for annual planning, continuous forecasting and monthly reporting. Leidos Australia has seen significant growth YoY both organically and through M&A opportunities. This role will also be responsible for identifying and leading transformational projects to help create a scalable function.

  • Lead and manage the annual budgeting, forecasting and business reporting processes in collaboration with finance partners and functional leads.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy and integrity of financial outputs at all times
  • Partner with the Finance Leadership team to drive efficiencies and improvements to the FP&A Process and reduce days to report
  • Be a Australian representative for US lead projects and initiatives
  • Responsible for the pricing rates update annually.
  • Lead, manage and mentor the FP&A team
