You'll also
- ensure all obligations on APG relevant to the program are accurately documented, up-to-date, and communicated as necessary across the organisation
- oversight and monitoring of the control environment relevant to the program's obligations
- monitor and provide comfort that obligations are known and are effectively managed within the appetite
- facilitate, monitor, and provide pragmatic and innovative advice on compliance while meeting our existing and emerging obligations effectively and efficiently both domestically and our international operations
- identify, report, and ensure timely and appropriate remediation of any compliance incidents or breaches relevant to the compliance program
The Compliance Program Manager has the responsibility for taking the group program into the next phase of compliance management by successfully engaging with 1st line stakeholders to actively understand, manage and report on their compliance risks within the programs.
About you
- Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines
- Member of relevant Professional Association/Institutes and external networking groups
- High level of communications skills to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of the latest proposed compliance obligations that will need to be considered by the
