Your role


You will develop and implement effective work practices and procedures and provide high level support to our Custodial Director for Metro East.

Each day can be different, but your main responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and meeting management
  • Travel bookings
  • Minute taking
  • Liaising across multiple areas of NSW Corrections

What we're looking for
A highly motivated administrator to provide strong support to the Custodial Director, at Malabar.

Experience providing high-level administrative support and client service is required along with:

  • Strong administration experience with an eye for detail
  • A positive relationship manager with excellent client service skills
  • High level discretion and confidentiality across all work matters
  • Strong IT Skills in Microsoft Software and EDRMS
  • A current NSW Driver's License and a willingness/ability to drive.
