Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint a Business Support Officer within the Housing Services branch.

This is a temporary part time opportunity working 21 hours a week providing a range of financial administrative and support services to facilitate business operations and service delivery.


About You
Do you have a knack for customer service and are skilled at managing difficult enquiries? Are you an Accounts Payable superstar? Are you an organised, multi-tasker by nature?

We are looking for someone to join our team to provide financial administrative and support services to our team which means you will need a keen eye for detail and have strength in data accuracy and input.

We are seeking someone who can work well in part of a team environment but also works well autonomously as you will need to manage fitting your workload into a shorter, 21 hour week.

Ideally, you will have experience using Microsoft office suite programs, in particular, Microsoft Excel and experience in SAP systems is highly regarded but not essential to be successful in this role.

Future Directions for Social Housing in NSW (Future Directions) sets out the Government's vision to transform the social housing system over the next 10 years with LAHC playing a critical role in delivering the benefits of this new and innovative model for social housing.

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC's social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
