In this role, you'll:
Be a key member of the Client Engagement Team and will be providing top-notch executive and business support to our Director Client Engagement and the Directors within the team.
Work closely with the Corporate IT CIO office and manage tasks filtered from the OoTCIO, adhere to due dates & provide clear concise responses.
Be a crucial touchpoint for the team, influencing our culture. We need someone ethical, adaptable, and positive with a strategic mindset. This is a great opportunity to understand and develop skills in the workings of Client Engagement. About you
- Possesses a tertiary qualification and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Has prior experience providing support to senior executives.
- Demonstrates excellent skills in diary management, meetings, and presentations.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exhibits strong problemsolving and project management abilities.
- Shows exceptional talent in stakeholder management with a positive and proactive attitude
