You'll contribute to:

  • Managing and overseeing the property and facilities functions including; property management, lease negotiation, facilities, security and maintenance related projects, as well as contract management, budget management and more.
  • Negotiating contracts for supply of maintenance services
  • WorkCover's overall strategic direction and strategic planning, particularly in the planning and supply of required office accommodation.
  • Ensuring appropriate financial, records management, risk management and audit controls are in place and adhered with.

A bit about you:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in management in the property sector
  • Ability to innovate and explore new ways of working
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with others and develop rapport
  • Knowledge of the property maintenance function and prioritisation, including management of large service providers.
