About the Role

Property Network of Australia is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse mixed portfolio of non-residential assets, including retail, commercial, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a mixed portfolio of retail, commercial, and industrial properties, with a focus on the retail side.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with key stakeholders, including business directors and other property professionals.
  • Leasing and Fit-outs: Oversee leasing activity, manage fit-outs as required, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repairs, renegotiate contractor agreements, and manage rental arrears.
  • Reporting and Administration: Provide detailed monthly reporting on portfolio activities, manage the database and systems, and draft correspondence and documentation.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance of facilities, including routine inspections and condition reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing retail and commercial properties.
  • Portfolio Management: Proven ability to manage a mixed portfolio, with experience in retail and commercial property management.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of commercial properties, understanding of leases, and experience with outgoings budgets and auditing processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possession of a QLD current Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
