This medium-sized property company has a vast network of offices throughout NSW.

The Team Assistant plays a critical role is ensuring the day-to-day administrative tasks are carried out effectively, along with providing support to the operations manager and executive team.


Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Team Assistant will ensure that all property administration processes relating to property sales are managed within the relevant timelines.

You will assist with marketing, document production, contract management, arranging photoshoots, liaising with suppliers, updating the database, adhoc reports, projects and general office administration.

Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in a Team Assistant/EA/PA/Administration function. You have prior skills in office administration and/or property marketing coordination.

Supported by an experienced Operations Manager, this role will help to excel in your career in property administration and marketing whilst giving you a good amount of autonomy and responsibility.
