We're seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to manage administrative tasks at our Lismore based mill.

More about the role:


Our role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions and actively contributing to the mill's overall efficiency.

Tasked with supporting general administrative duties, record-keeping, and document management, this role involves being a point of contact for all stakeholders, communications handling in relation to general mill operations and product movements and acting as a liaison between various departments.

With a focus on supporting human resources functions, supply chain management, and health and safety compliance, the Administration Officer plays a vital part in maintaining smooth workflows.


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or feed mill environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient (advanced level) in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with inventory and production management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles invoicing/budget tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • A solution and customer care focused mindset and skillset.
