**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join their growing team in Lismore. This is an estimated 2month temp assignment, with a strong potential to extend. Working within the Asset Management Unit, you will be required to provide frontline support to Asset Management staff who service schools to maintain a complying, operational and functional status. This role also provides ongoing and direct support to the Director and Finance Leader, Infrastructure, NSW North Coast in the delivery of critical operational services.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver high level and professional frontline customer service
- Respond to telephone and face to face enquiries, within a timely and accurate manner
- Inbox management, generating correspondence
- Manage and maintain registers
- Undertake financial administrative duties in SAP including purchase orders, invoices, receipting and payment processing
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate meeting room presentation, catering and equipment
- Preparation of high level documentation including agenda’s, briefs, correspondence, minutes, presentation material and reports
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
- Demonstrated Administration or Business support experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and TRIM
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Valid Working With Children’s Check and willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
