The role:

Glama Pak is a prominent company in litho-laminate packaging and point of sale display manufacturing. With the largest Lithographic printers and Die Cutters in Australia, Glama Pak offers comprehensive services for litho-laminate packaging. The company's in-house design, corrugating, printing, die cutting, and finishing services ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout production.

As the new Customer Service Officer, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction remains our top priority. This busy role offers diverse challenges, requiring effective management of customer relationships in alignment with Visy Values.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support via email and phone
  • Offering regular updates on orders to assigned key accounts, keeping customers informed about order progress, delivery times, and any relevant updates
  • Handling New Work requirements to ensure a smooth integration of new products and a seamless customer experience
  • Managing orders accurately and promptly

Your qualifications for this role should include:

  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service (preferably within the manufacturing sector)
  • Outstanding communication skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to maintain a high level of precision with a positive team approach
  • Being a proactive and organized individual who excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
