Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a cutting-edge marketing agency with a focus on the emerging Web3 and blockchain technology landscape. The agency work with some of the world's biggest brands, helping them develop and implement innovative web3 strategies, and are on a mission to revolutionise the marketing industry.


This role will be responsible for managing and growing clients' social media presence, driving additional deal-flow and revenue opportunities for the business.

What do you do?

  • Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms including Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Create engaging, relevant, and shareable content to drive organic growth and engagement
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in web3, blockchain, AI
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, making datadriven decisions to optimise content and strategies
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain content calendars
  • Work closely with the Web3 team to align social media initiatives with overarching web3 strategies and objectives

What do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • A great sense of humour and creative mindset to content and marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics
  • A proactive and selfmotivated mindset, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations

What is Preferred?

  • Strong understanding of web3, blockchain, and AI technologies, with a passion for staying informed on industry advancements.
