About the role

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Work 8am4pm across 5 days, Monday-Friday.
  • Lead by example and manage your team of baristas and front of house staff, including rostering, recruitment, and training.
  • Facilitate the workplace training experience for
    STREAT's young trainees, supported by our dedicated youth programs team who are always on hand to support you and your team.
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are met.
  • Ensure the daytoday operations of the cafe run smoothly, whilst always striving for exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a pristine space, and take pride in the fine details.

About you

We'd love for you to have:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
  • A track record of managing COGs and wage targets.
  • Outstanding all round knowledge of Melbourne's food and coffee culture.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in specialty coffee is preferred, but not essential.
