Life as a Marketing and Digital Specialist
Reporting to the Head of Digital & Marketing and working closely alongside the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Marketing & Digital team across all aspects of Marketing & Digital strategy including brand and customer communications and campaign planning/execution including social media and instore.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Collaboratively Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics
- Create compelling and relevant content for digital and social channels
- Manage content calendars and coordinate content creation with internal teams and external agencies.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with the target audiences with ongoing community management.
- Optimise website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and for cross-business visibility
- Manage and maintain product and marketing assets within the Starbucks Australia App environment
- Manage product and promotions within the Uber and Starbucks ecommerce platform
About you
- 3+ years of marketing experience including social media and digital channel management
- Highly developed communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience within Retail, QSR or hospitality environment preferred
- Passion for coffee, food and retail
