Schwartz Media is seeking a Digital Content Producer and Editor to join The Saturday Paper, The Monthly, Australian Foreign Affairs and 7am.


Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our editorial teams to develop video and social content ideas
  • Producing and editing video content for our social media and video channels
  • Editing and optimising video content for different channels
  • Assisting in managing and monitoring social media channels
  • Creating content for Schwartz Media's social platforms with the aim of engaging and informing our existing audiences, while building our profile with new audiences

PERSONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Interest in Australian news media, politics and culture
  • Experience implementing creative ideas for reaching new audiences via video and online channels
  • Experience producing and editing video content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Familiarity with Adobe Audition, After Effects and InDesign or similar programs
