About the Role


You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of end-to-end generalist HR services including the recruitment, training and development, and staff induction functions to meet Council's ongoing People and Culture responsibilities.


About You

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Previous work experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgment in resolving problems
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
  • An ability to work under pressure and set priorities to meet key deadlines
  • An interest in learning and growing in your knowledge of HR.
