THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the DECJUBA DREAM TEAM as a Digital Marketing Specialist reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.This is a 12 month contract role to cover maternity leave within the team. In this strategic role you'll deliver amazing digital customer experiences that elevate brand positioning and drive ROI. The role encompasses website content, EDM, CRM and paid channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead in delivering projects that encompass all touchpoints of the customer journey, collaborating with the cross functional team
  • Management of the weekly calendar of email and website content
  • Reporting weekly, monthly and ad hoc utilising data from all stakeholders to produce actionable insights that improve results
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive best practice through testing programs, continuous website improvement and ways of working
  • Blue sky thinking and ideation on ways to deliver amazing digital experiences to our customer
  • End to end delivery of website and EDM content

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role - retail background ideal
  • Undergraduate qualification in marketing, communications or similar
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics
  • Solid experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platform
  • Proven experience working with a CMS
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Be a confident and articulate communicator
