This is where you come in


With a base at our Macquarie Park HQ in Sydney, you will head up and proactively manage the team charged with the responsibility for the planning and execution of the builder strategy across the region.

Identifying, establishing, and developing enduring business partnerships that increase market share and deliver profitable growth in the short and long term.

You will deliver a world-class end to end customer experience across all builder touchpoints aligned to F&P's brands.


You will lead your team to partner and influentially manage relationships and business interactions with Developers, Designers, Architects, Builders and ABDs (Authorised Builder Distributors) in New South Wales, delivering a seamless brand-aligned F&P experience.

This role will proactively guide and lead the team as they assess the market for opportunities and contact these professionals, as well as attending events to pursue and establish networks to grow into partnerships.


This is not your average Regional Manager role, you need to have charisma, be articulate and have strong leadership qualities.

You will tailor your interactions every step of the way from guiding the team as they speak to builders on job sites to having premium luxury conversations with designers, architects, and high-end clients.

You will have a passion for our brand that instantly builds rapport and trust in our product.

Aside from this, an understanding of Developers, Builders and ABDs and their environmental influences in the New South Wales region would be desirable.


You will keep current on changes, commercial best practice & opportunities, consumer needs and competitor activity, identifying and developing strategies that drive commercial sales and increase market share.


To be successful in this role, you will:

Drive Operational Excellence through a weekly cadence of operational and People + Goal forums, process, and tools, adhering to the key principles of clear accountability, forward focus, local leadership, global participation and efficiency.

Be effective, offer visible leadership that influences a culture of energy and enthusiasm.

Role modelling F&P's behaviours and demonstrating direct knowledge of functions within regional builder and their important role they play connecting to builder channel's strategy.


Oversee and ensure effective financial management of regional builder (planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and audit) with a significant focus on driving revenue and margin growth and increased profitability.


Leverage cross-functional strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organisational challenges that either hinder or are needed to progress the performance and customer experience of the regional builder developers, builders, and ABDs.


Advocate that Developers, Builders and ABDs continuously receive a seamless brand-aligned experience, from other business contributors, post-sale that builds trusting relationship and an increase in return rates.

Drive a consistent approach of contract management (including bidding) ensuring legalities and negotiations are compliant with F&P's commercial governance.

Ensure management of risks inherent in collection of revenue by involving finance early to minimise customers defaulting on payments.
