The Opportunity


TTG Recruitment specialists are delighted to assist our industry leading client in sourcing their next State Sales Manager based in NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity with an attractive commercial finance business responsible for leading a team of BDMs in an effort to maximise sales growth and meet customer expectations.


The Client
***Our client is well regarded in the financial services sector for their bespoke suite of commercial products including Trade Finance, Debtor Finance, Equipment Finance and Secured Term Loans. They are well known for not being just another financier but rather, they pride themselves on delivering a personal touch from every facet of the organisation.

The Role

  • Manage a team of BDM's to encourage and maximise sales growth through direct and third party channels
  • Ensure your team is fully equipped with the skillset, competencies, behaviours, to engage with customers, aggregators, and brokers as required
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete active participation to various sales targets throughout the year
  • Develop staff to succeed, and provide positive encouragement
  • Drive growth and profit
  • Facilitate and implement strategic and targeted initiatives to refine strategy

The Person

  • Professional, dedicated, and forward thinker with a high level of empathy
  • Experienced in commercial finance (preferably with trade and/or debtor finance)
  • 5+ years in commercial, trade, debtor or equipment finance
  • Comprehensive lendingbased experience
  • Organisational and time management are your forte
  • Next level communication skills
  • Supreme time management ability, problem solver, and effective articulation of solution projections
  • Ability to forward think, and use initiative to complete tasks in an efficient manner
  • Strong capability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for progress transparency
