The Client
A reputable Government Department is seeking a Business Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks.

Your Opportunity:
As a Business Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the team, demonstrating a willingness to learn new processes and procedures.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Leadership Team and Regional Director
  • Coordinate correspondence for the Regional Director, including requests from Senior Leadership
  • Coordinate responses for Government Champion visits
  • Compile responses for insurance claims and Request for Information (RFI's)
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Support coordination of correspondence
  • Handle compliments and complaints efficiently
  • Manage conflict-of-interest documents
  • Coordinate uniform orders for field staff
  • Review and follow up on timesheets weekly

Key Skills:

  • Confidentiality and discretion are crucial
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication with executive-level staff
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
