The Client

Our Client is a leading provider of construction and strategic building maintenance services for the Queensland Government.

Your Opportunity

We are seeking an individual with solid Customer Service background, ideally in a Call Center setting. This position is based in Cairns and requires on-site presence, not suitable for remote work, and should be within a reasonable commuting distance.

  • Coordinating responsive maintenance for Government Assets
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding maintenance issues
  • Interacting with callers to verify information and de-escalate situations, when necessary
  • Cultivating relationships with clients and service providers
  • Effectively utilizing various software, databases, and tools
  • Working towards meeting or surpassing call center performance indicators
  • Delivering consistent high-quality customer support

About You

  • Prior experience in a Call Centre environment, preferably in a small team setup
  • Team-oriented individual
  • Quick learner
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Available to commence immediately
