Role Overview Our Far North Queensland office continues to grow and we are looking for a dedicated Community Relations Officer to support this continued growth in the Cairns Region.

The position contributes to the sales and business development and will include identifying referral sources, service opportunities within retirement communities, client sales opportunities, presenting the company in client enquiries and facilitating care contract negotiations.

The successful candidate will be required to build and maintain respectful, trusted and compassionate relationships with clients of Right at Home Far North Queensland.

Qualifications Sales experience in a service industry; Driver's License and comprehensively insured dependable private vehicle; Current National Police Clearance; and Current First Aid & CPR.

Preferred Skills Good understanding of the Government funding environment for aged care & NDIS (preferred but not necessary); Subscribe to a culture of teamwork, caring and quality service; and Excellent communication abilities, professionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients and their families.
