ABOUT THE ROLE


We are currently seeking Bookings Officers to join our team in Osborne Park on a Full Time basis working Monday to Friday.

Reporting directly to the Bookings Manager, this position will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments and handling highly sensitive and confidential information for our clients.

Operating hours are between 5am and 4pm so flexibility in your hours is required.

DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling medical appointments
  • Adhering to KPIs including client wait times and reporting requirements
  • Outbound and inbound calls
  • Data inputting
  • General administration duties

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Welldeveloped communication skills with an excellent phone manner
  • A professional work ethic, willing to work independently as well as part of team
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Willingness and flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required
