Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services Officer to join our team in Osborne Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments for corporate clients, working closely with our Alliance Bookings Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate medical appointments for corporate clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Alliance Bookings Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to support the team's efforts

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication
  • Administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
