What you'll be doing:

  • Play a key role in supporting the Bookings and Reception teams with day to day tasks
  • Assist customers with login issues
  • Stock ordering
  • Process credits and membership cancellations
  • Ad hoc administrative assistance
  • Inbound calls from customers & dealerships
  • Face to face customer service

Skills for this role:

  • Someone who can be a proactive in asking questions to learn and understand the business
  • Ability to read stock item codes correctly
  • An intuitive thinker who can problem solve in a fast paced, reactive environment
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone to get a quick answer on information needed to complete a task
  • Experience with MS Office suite and CRMs
  • Ability to work under pressure/multitask
