Who will you be working with?

You will be working with one of Australia's leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business in their stunning Tweed Heads office. They are looking for someone who is interested in relocating to the area.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with the team on solutions to maximise the effectiveness of case management.
  • Provide technical support to the case managers where required
  • Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPA targets as set out as part of the business unit performance framework.
  • In conjunction with the Team Leader identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong technical experience in NSW workers' compensation claims
  • Proven experience coaching & mentoring case managers in the workers compensation industry
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of relevant NSW Workers compensation laws and the associated regulations
  • You have previous experience working as a case manager or a technical specialist background
  • Tertiary studies in Allied Health or Legislation is desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
