About the Role

As the Workers Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for the provision of high-level professional and technical advice, with a predominant focus on workers' compensation, partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide support to injured workers and make informed decisions around steps to recovery.

As an active member of the wider WHS team, you will work proactively with the legislative authority, management, and injured workers to ensure compliance with legislation, timely response times and efficiency in processing claims and contribute to the wider development and enhancement of processes and procedures.


About You

  • Previous experience working with a Self-Insured organisation for Workers Compensation
  • Strong worker's compensation claims management experience
  • You have proven technical claims management knowledge
  • You have well-developed written and oral communication skills and demonstrated experience in conflict resolution
