As Project Manager, Freight Operations your new position will be a challenging and varied role responsible for designing programs, reporting and analysis, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across a range of significant business projects across the Freight Operations business.


In addition to the above, you will:

  • Design and develop plans to shape, prioritise and resource projects/programmes to ensure they fit in with overall business strategy
  • Develop and oversee mechanisms to track and report on the progress against objectives of projects/programs in order to monitor success and provide updates
  • Act as the authority across all issue escalation channels for all relevant programme / project stakeholders
  • Oversee the continuous review and improvement of project management policies, systems and processes to ensure they are fitforpurpose
  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure success of projects, programs and change initiatives
You'll have

  • Relevant professional qualification, e.g. professional accreditation in project management
  • Significant project and programme management experience with evidence of balancing a customer and a commercial focus
  • Proven cost management and planning skills
  • Strong problemsolving capability and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in the team
