Our Client is a renowned Global Consulting firm, looking for a Level 1 IT Support Technician for their internal Technology support team in Melbourne.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- Provide technical onsite support to customers.
- Participate in both local and global projects.
- Develop your technical skills by working with industry standard software such as Microsoft Windows 10, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems using platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Intune, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Build skills supporting collaborative systems including Cisco Video Conferencing, Microsoft Surface Hubs as well as other AV systems.
- Work closely with Leadership and key customer groups within the organisation.
- Work collaboratively with a small team of technicians.
- Develop your training skills via personalised consultations and in open classroom face to face as well as virtual environments.
