An opportunity exists to join the Incident Management team as a Compliance Manager on a twelve month contract.

  • In this key role, you will oversee Zurich's incident management and breach reporting framework. Your primary responsibilities will include triaging incidents, regulatory reporting/remediation and supporting Line 1 in relation to all incidents and breaches. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will also provide expert compliance and regulatory advice to the business.
  • Important to your success let's grow together
  • Strong experience in the Financial Services sector
  • Knowledge of industry codes, complaints bodies and relevant regulations
  • Previous experience in breach submissions and/or regulatory reporting highly desirable
  • RG146 or other related industry qualifications desirable
  • Experience using Salesforce will be beneficial
  • Solid knowledge of processes/tools to assess organisational risk
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
