Key responsibilities:

  • Convert documents in varied formats, e.g.
Microsoft Excel, PDF and Microsoft Word into an accessible format using some/all of the below processes below:

  • Work in Microsoft Excel to update the accessible version of the desired document
  • Copy the converted document from Microsoft Excel to Microsoft Word
  • Compare the accessible document to the nonaccessible document to make sure the accessible file matches
  • Check through converted document for errors
