Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, delivery and ongoing improvement of the commercial onboarding framework including:

  • Effectively managing a comprehensive list of partners
  • Working with business owners to develop an indepth understanding of the operational and technical requirements of their business strategies.
  • Monitoring the operational performance of systems and business processes.
  • Acting as a conduit between the Commercial Partners and Finance to evolve partner maintenance processes.
  • Ensuring continued visibility and transitioning of commercial operations and ad hoc functions to the appropriate teams.
  • Acting as a trusted SME for the Commercial team to seek advice on guidance on partner onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Working with business owners to document and implement the business requirements for program rules and service delivery to maintain the Loyalty Commercial Partner Programs.
  • Championing the transition of billing operations to Finance Shared Services and actively sharing knowledge of the best practices.


To be considered for this fantastic position, you will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience, in a high volume and complex billings environment.

Additionally, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a confident problem solver and have an eye for detail.
