Key Responsibilities- Customer Enquiry Management: Investigate and resolve customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Billing and Settlement Systems: Manage the operation and maintenance of retail billing and settlement systems to ensure they are efficient, timely, and accurate.
- Energy Service Coordination: Coordinate with energy service providers to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Contract Management: Support the development of customer offers and manage contracts to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Processes: Run operational and regulatory application processes for new connections and maintain accurate contract records.
- Finance and Energy Experience: Proven experience in finance or energy administration, with a focus on billing and customer relations.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Customer Relations: Experience in a customer relations role, including dealing with challenging customers, negotiation, and issue resolution.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office application skills and experience with energy/utility billing systems.
