You will support the Diversity & Inclusion team and partner with other teams, external providers to successfully implement a contemporary program to enable an inclusive and diverse culture.

This role will report to the Senior Manager Diversity & Inclusion.
You don't need to be an L&D or OD expert, working in the disability/community sector will be an advantage.

Manage projects within designated timeframes and budgets in a complex and commercially focused culture.
Advise leadership on diversity related issues and best practice.
Foster an inclusive workplace culture through communications and activities.
Engage employees across the bank to take part in learning on DE&I topics.

About you Experience working on Diversity and Inclusion culture including gender equality, barriers to work, unconscious bias, LGBTIQ+ and First Nations challenges and needs.

A genuine passion for DE&I.
Project management experience managing multiple priorities to deliver results within time frames and budgets.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
